Very polite, reassuring, efficient, capable. The three-person team worked very well together, with one “lead” person plus two more. I like the way one of them asked another “Do you need support?” Versus “Do you need help?” — this helped to establish an atmosphere of teamwork rather than catastrophe, which is easy to do when strangers are handling my precious things.

The first crew that loaded our stuff broke several pieces and chip wood on more. The crew that came out to unload our items was very good but the guy leading the team was in to much of a hurry. For the money we paid I am not happy with the service.
