The movers were good however when they stored it’s in there facility 2 lamp shade were wrecked and a wall hanging cabinet was broken. They were in good condition when they were picked up.

They broke items and have not contacted me to fix the issue! There has been no resolution to date and the move was a week ago.

At that time, our operations team was waiting on photos of the damaged items, and the most recent note shows we were awaiting an update from our vendors regarding the repairs. Movers were great and got things done fast and efficient. Only small complaints were they broke two tubs but nothing inside was damaged so that was good. I also wish they had better equipment to prevent tracking mud or dirt into apartments. But I would use them again
