For starters, estimate to pack the kitchen was way off. Our move was sold to a different franchise without letting us know. Packing the truck took 12 hours! Damage was done to furniture and walls/ceilings. Only half the truck was delivered on the day in the contract, the remaining items were delivered 24 hours later. We were not made a priority at all.
