We're sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with your experience. and misunderstood hot the billing time works. We took the time to review the calls between yourself and your moving consultant and heard the consultant explain the hourly rate, the one-hour minimum and the total time including the travel from and to our office. The moving service took the 1.25 hours of service and you were billed accordingly. That said, if something still felt unclear on your end, we want to understand that. I do have one piece of feedback for the company: it would be helpful to provide the movers with a stair-friendly dolly. This would improve the safety of handling household goods on stairs and also make the job easier for the move
