While the moving team was kind and capable, there was a lack of professionalism. Employees complained about management and scheduling. During moving process walls and furniture were dented/scatched. Claims process has been disjointed and slow.

Our moving crew was absolutely fantastic! From the beginning of the loading process and throughout the whole move, the teamwork they displayed was amazing. We are very please with our moving team-Tyler, Aaron Tyler, Aiden. They are very professional, courteous young men. They were extremely careful with our possessions. They worked efficiently and quickly to move everything out of our condo and carefully packed into a temporary storage unit. We hope to get this same team to move us from the storage unit into our new home. Kathy was also very helpful!
