Chloe was very patient and helped us get everything situated over the phone. Our moving team, Mikey & Keith, were great. They moved fast and efficiently. They took good care of our stuff and nothing was damaged. The manager, Mike, also checked in on us frequently to make sure things were going smoothly. Becca in the office never communicated to me they would be late. Then when no one showed up I called the office again & the phone was on a recording "office was closed" which apparently was done to avoid my call. Finally got call 1/2 hour past when they were due from driver they would be 2 more hrs & would call before they came. Never called just showed up an hour later. Very poor communication!

My contact was over the phone. My mom’s neighbor unlocked the house for TWO MEN. She said they were polite and conscientious. But I was on the phone with my mom when TWO MEN were delivering the PIANO and her reclining chair to her new residence in assisted living. I could hear the happiness in her voice and almost see it in her eyes. So from my first call to the delivery my experience was special.

Very thorough and inclusive to all that entails the moving task. Colton and Raymond were very good, professional and experienced and had the job done in a very reasonable time while taking care of items being moved and the properties they were being moved from as well as to.
