The office staff and moving team were very responsive and professional. The movers had to deal with heavy rain and an awkward parking experience in Baltimore. They wrapped all the furniture preventing anything from getting wet. Very effective! Although parking was difficult, the movers were patient and professional. They maintained their composure in a stressful situation. They were great!

I had my things moved into storage and then put on a UHaul to move later.
When things were put in storage, some items got broken and the storage units were packed hap-hazardly. During the next encounter, when bring put on the truck, one of the employees hardly worked at all. I started "helping" so it wouldn't take all day and I would bring out 2-3 loads of items his 1.
Still charged full price.
