Hi-- I already shared the details over the phone with Cody, but the basic things that caused the 2 star rating were:
1. Crew arrived at 9:17 instead of 8:30-8:45
2. The more experienced guy moved slowly
3. When we left to go to the condo I was moving into, it took them 1.5 hours to arrive. The place is 20 min away.
4. I was charged $500 over the high end of the estimate for the time it took.

The movers were on time, friendly, energetic, and worked quickly- the complete package! I have used Two Men and a Truck several times for complicated, partial moves up and down steep challenging drive ways. Setting up the move was easy with excellent and professional communication with Kaleb. I highly recommend!

From the time those three men had arrived to the old residence I was at, the introduce themselves with hand shakes. Those guys was very cautious and careful with my items. The best moving company I’ve ever used.

The crew was fantastic, handling challenges with extremely heavy and/or oversize items with skill and enthusiasm. They also reassured me that the loose items and overflowing boxes were no problem, which brought peace of mind. Two of the guys had been on a crew helping me move last year. It was great to see them back, and the fact that they remembered me made me feel like a valued customer.
