I havre used this servi ce numerous times in the past and I thought they were great. But I found out recently a item that they moved 3 years ago was incorrectly attached on a grandfather clack whitch caused a recent problem?

Took much longer than expected but the crew took their time wrapping and protecting the furniture. They left the truck running for the 7.5 hours wasting fuel which has to raise costs. Seems very wasteful with the current fuel prices being so high. The crew was polite and respectful. Only a few minor scratches in a table.
