The move was a simple bedroom set, mirror, small office desk and chair, alone with two book shelves, and about 10 boxes which were already packed and in the garage. Freehold NJ to Brighton Beach Brooklyn takes 58 minutes travel. Current traffic showed it at 72 minutes. Drivers took 3 hours.Sam in office was very rude and sassy, & has terrible customer service and main reason for review. 1 star Sam

Hi Mr. Bishof - We wish it was as easy as looking at your GPS to show how long it takes to get from Freehold to Brooklyn however, it doesn't work that way with trucks. Our trucks are 13.5 feet tall, 33.5 feet long, and weigh 26,000 lbs. We cannot take the GSP north of Tinton Falls, we also cannot take the lower deck of the GWB - we are extremely limited by height, weight, and overall size restrictions on the routes we can take and this was all accounted for in your quote. The drive right now, in our truck route GPS, shows the drive would be 102 minutes, and on the day of your move it took us 167 minutes as we hit considerable traffic which is not only expected, but out of our control. We do greatly apologize for the customer service received by Sam, and we have pulled the call(s) you had with him and are using it as a training tool so no client feels this way in the future. We do appreciate the feedback and we promise to do better.

I had a great experience with 2 Men and a Truck from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. They followed up multiple times before the move, during the move-in process, and even after everything was completed to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

T was amazing. The whole crew worked so hard to get all my things moved in the 2 hours. I was so impressed with their speed and attention to detail. They knocked out the entire move and were courteous and respectful. Would ask for them specifically if I ever need to move again

I had to move from apartment and storage. I spent 2 days with the crew. Day 1 with Ryan and Sam(antha) was great. Both were very professional, hard working, and took extreme care. Day 2 with Ryan, Raymond, Lamar, and Davon was exactly the same. There was a lot of walking to the back of our house and I never heard any complaint. They were patient with my 88 year old mom. 5 excellent employees!!!
