I had a very disappointing experience with Two Men and a Truck. It started off well with scheduling my appointment over the phone. Then I filled out an online list of items to be moved. Once I filled it out, I could not access it again.
The problems started when the movers arrived on moving day. The manager response was not helpful. There was no follow up from him. Very disappointed.

Scheduling was a breeze, appropriate pricing, and great movers on site. The communication via e-mail and texting was great. The moving team was courteous, careful, and quick. They never complained about how much we abused them with some seriously heavy items. Great company, great service.

We couldn’t be happier with our moving team; They were courteous, professional, & personable. They seemed to enjoy their job and worked well together. We had breakage of one item and a scratched floor & I still wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and this team to anyone!! My 3 guys were the best. I am a senior almost 80 yrs & they were 100% responsible for all there was to accomplish. Such a relief for me as I just can’t last for long periods of time.

Kam (Cam) the driver was very polite and willing to be helpful. Very nice customer service manner. Daniel ( I think ) was the second guy, also polite and hard working.
They did their best. Moved quickly to minimize the time I would pay for. I could not ask for more. They carefully wrapped the upholstered chairs and communicated well with me. Thank you.

I never caught my movers names, I found out later they were named Collin and AK. They were kind and efficient. I have never used a moving company before so I was a little uneasy since I wouldn't be moving my own things like I usually do. Heather was also very kind, I enjoyed working with her over the phone. The whole company seems great and I will definitely use them again in the future.
