The two movers were outstanding, very friendly, respectful of the items moving and accommodating setting up the items at the new location. As this was a relocation of a 94 year old moving to assisted living their care and patience really helped calm an already confusing and stressful situation for my father. You were recommended by Tranquility Place and I am really glad they did.

I had an excellent moving experience. My moving team was professional and hard working. Everyone involved with my move made sure I was satisfied and worked quickly. Kevin and Sean did a great job! They did cause one wall dent; however, they were quick to put in a damage report. I have not received a response from the Company office regarding next steps to address the wall damage. Movers were great, but office response is slow.

Everything was good, except for you were unable to move a basketball goal that I needed move. I'm having to hire someone else to do it for me since you all wouldn't. It was important to me that the hoop got moved and I provided all the details up front, so I feel like it should have gotten done.
