I am furious that you are adding an additional $1500 to my estimate for another 6-7 hours worth of work. The reason given was that the elevator was too far away. Yet totally disregarding the two worthless movers that stood around and talked and checked their phones the entire time. I left a message and sent an email regarding this.

Third time we have used this company, each experience has been excellent from beginning to end. Our most recent team (Boklet, Ayres and Reade) were thoroughly professional and courteous. They worked swiftly and efficiently, took extra care of fragile items, and did an amazing job getting everything into the storage unit with room to spare.

Moving is stressful, but we had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. The office team was unflappable, even when we had to change our moving date. The movers worked incredibly hard, and handled our enormous book collection without complaint. They were careful not to damage anything and were polite and easy to work with.
