Appropriate care was not given to handling very expensive custom table. The crew parked a block away and manually hauled table to building. I discussed value of table with office and took out 30000$ in insurance. Was very disappointed with the fact that they didn’t wrap wood panels with packing blankets.

The moving crew were very professional, took special care preparing the furniture that was moved.

I had a very large heavy queen bed to move so a new carpet could be put down. Both men who arrived were polite, got right to the job and moved the bed, took up the old rug, unfurled the new rug and put it down. Asked me how I wanted it placed and made sure I was pleased. I am very fussy and they were careful with my things. The phone staff was very efficient as well. It was a seamless experience!

The guys who handled my move were great. I wish I could remember their names. They handled a small job on Lakewood Dr in Asheville. I packed the docs with the survey’QR code so will fill it out when I get back. They were friendly, quick, professional and patient. Would use them again.
