Overall it was a great experience. I had originally arranged for my things to be moved and stored and needed to change the plan. The office staff were so polite and helpful, the gentleman who helped me that day were very nice polite and helpful, they did everything to meet my expectations. Very professional, careful and conscientious! The guys removed my very heavy king mattress and set up my even heavier Sleep Number king without issue. I had misplaced the manual and they intuitively put all the mechanics together. So impressed with this duo; will be requesting RJ and Damien for a future move this year.
