My situation was challenging, as I live out of state and needed to figure out how to move my brother’s belongings to a more suitable apartment while he is in the hospital. Becca offered great advice and support, and Oliver and Matt were friendly and efficient during the move. I appreciated the confirmation calls as we neared moving day, as well.
Response
We understand how stressful it can be coordinating a move from out of state, especially while a loved one is in the hospital, so we are very glad our team could help make the process easier for you. It is wonderful to hear Becca provided support and guidance throughout the planning process and that Oliver and Matt handled the move with friendliness and efficiency.

Best experience ever! Both men introduced themselves and were very friendly. They made sure the items/boxes were put where I wanted them and moved along quickly doing everything perfect. I would highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck. Fair pricing and very easy to work with. The inside staff was amazing and caring. Thank you all so much!!!

The office service was really good and professional but the moving team was unprofessional and very distracted. Making jokes with one another all the time and breaking pieces of my furniture.
Scratched my marble floor because we’re not paying attention when carrying the piano and allow the piano parts to fall in the floor a few occasions.
It’s was a bad experience with personal damages.

Worst franchise ever. Communication terrible. Damages ignored!
Response
We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when communication falls short and concerns about damages are not addressed to your satisfaction. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

It first started off with the excellent customer service from Mario. Mario was very professional, attentive, and truly understood what it took to make this move successful. Mario sent me four amazing gentlemen Terrell, Anthony, Ty, and Phil. Isaiah, who dropped off the packing material was very professional and Diego who did a lot of follow up was attentive well!! Highly recommend!

My name is Eddy and the three men that helped me move on May 30th 2026 were great. I’m sorry I don’t have their names but I’m hoping they’re easily found using my name and date of the move. All three were polite and respectful of my things. They worked quickly and without any complaints. I felt comfortable that my things were being taken care of. I would use your company again.
