I used two men and a truck when I moved out of my apartment and into my storage and was happy with the service. However, this time The two men kept complaining ask how many guys it took to move their stuff. They looked like they struggled lifting and moving the items that it took them twice as long damaging my hardwood floors and breaking the legs on my dressers. Don't move with the Saturday crew!

The truck arrived approximately 30 minutes later than the scheduled time frame. Management promptly addressed my request and took the necessary actions to recover the lost time, allowing the move to start shortly afterward and ultimately be successful.
