My crew was great! Isaac was really communicative and helpful. It started pouring during the middle of unloading and everything but the crew kept it calm and cool. I'm very disappointed in the move,the moving team lost a piece of my furniture and I'm not happy. Spoke with the manager about the situation and their trying to resolve the issue. Overall unacceptable how the moving team didn't check the inventory to make sure all the furniture was there.
