The movers did not wrap or protect my mattress in any way. It’s a $2,500 mattress and they drug it across the ground and it now has a major rip in it. They also dropped my piano on its side and the frame is now bent inward and I’m unable to close the keys. I hired this moving company for two main reasons: transporting my mattress and piano professionally. I’m very disappointed in my experience.

A member of our operations teams has attempted to contact you several times to further discuss a resolution with the tear in your mattress. Regarding the piano, we were unaware of any issues with the frame. Truthfully, we were unaware there was a piano to move as it was not mentioned in the inventory when you booked through our website. We will have our operations team ask more questions about the piano when they have the chance to speak with you.

Both the office staff and the movers were so nice! The movers were polite, hard working and took great care of our stuff. They also didn’t milk the clock. They really hustled. The whole team helped to reduce the stress of our move. I would definitely recommend.this company.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the job Robert and Colin did for me. I have had other movers twice before and they were nowhere near as professional as 2 men and a truck. I was amazed how they protected all my belongings. The difference was night and day from previous movers. They really know their stuff! And they were pleasant too! Thanks Robert and Colin for a job well done!

The services were used on a Saturday and the movers wrapped a set of shelves and didnt deliver it, so I had to wait till Tuesday (a whole 3 days after my delievery) to get them.
Reasons I was given for such a late delivery were: "The delivery address is an hour and a half away from HQ" and "Tuesday we have a moving service near you, we'll deliver it then."

My son recommended Two Men after using them for his long distance move. I was moving from Southwest Florida to Baltimore so I contacted them. My overall experience has been excellent. From the team that loaded my belongings in Florida to the five month storage in Maryland to the team that handled delivery of my items to my new home everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
