Or team communicated with us about their arrival time and we’re on time. They carefully wrapped our belongings. They listened to where we asked them to place them.
They were polite, considerate, conscientious and got the job done. We felt there’s pricing was spot on and of great value. We recommend them and would use them again.

Julio and his crew were fantastic! They packed quickly and efficiently and were extremely friendly and helpful. They even rearranged the furniture in my bedroom for me a couple of times before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone making a move!

Thank you, Patricia, for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Julio and his crew provided such a fantastic experience at our Two Men and a Truck Chicago Downtown location. It’s great to know they were efficient, friendly, and helpful throughout the move and went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up exactly how you wanted before leaving. We truly appreciate your recommendation, and for customers in Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland area, we also offer commercial moves and full-service junk removal to support all moving and cleanout needs.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, however while speaking with the agent I explicitly mentioned that I had things in the attic that needed to come down and I was told that it was not an issue. When the movers arrived they informed me that they would not be able to get things down from the attic. My wife and I then had to get several items down from the attic so they could be moved.
Sarah
