I moved in December of 2025 and STILL have not had resolution on damages that occurred during my move. They didn't "pad and wrap" almost anything I was assured they would, it was terrifying to watch them unload my possessions out of a giant box they just stuffed everything into. And now they continually ignore so many attempts to contact them and get my floor fixed and reimbursed broken things.

I would not recommend this company they are terrible. My move was scheduled to be completed in one day, however the company overbooked on that day and pulled the movers in the middle of my move changing us to a two day move. This was bad enough but then they charged us more because our move took two days (scam alert). On the second day the movers didn't finish the job and left items still wrapped.
