Making the initial move reservation was a little frustrating. I’d email a question and instead of responding to my email the person would call. It was a little difficult to communicate with the person as well.

The crew worked hard throughout the day, some breaks were a little longer than I liked toward the end.
The truck was too small. Not all items we agreed upon were moved. They left a large mat in my living room.
Scratched our table, scratched walnut wood floor, in more than one place. Scraped the walls in both homes.
Took 10 hours instead of 5. Way over priced. $1200. Over the estimate.

Well, not enough room to tell everything. The short of it is that they did not listen, moved very slowly especially the packer, seemed to have no knowledge of how to pack items. I have used your company twice before and was very pleased.
