The team lacked adequate staff. Took 12 hours to move should have been 6-8. Broke items, dropped and flipped the Birmingham Wholesale couch in mud, broke wood on the stairwell, dropped the vanity, and scratched up the wall. Broke a light fixture on the wall, left some items, and there was not enough space on the truck. I felt like the small guy couldn't handle lifting some items.

The two Guys came in, got to work, and did a great job. They wrapped and loaded everything in a timely manner. They worked well together.
They unloaded and unwrapped everything. All my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it, except one chair, but that was my fault. I forgot where is belonged. Lol. Great job!

Office staff said there would be a final call days before the move for final count. I called in and the person server like it was unnecessary. The 2 movers were Fabulous!!!! Puncutal; fun; fruendly; fast. They were great!

Everything about the home move went very smoothly, and even communication the day before. The movers were professional, wrapped everything . IT was a rainy day and they even wiped their feet every time they came in the door with Furniture in their arms. Very pleased!
