Helping our local Edmonton
Community
Practicing our Movers Who Care® slogan, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Edmonton South strongly advocates the importance of giving back to the local community. As the Movers Who Care® we intend to donate as many move hours as possible to the Edmonton community.
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Edmonton, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. This year, we proudly supported 630 CHED SANTAS ANONYMOUS, a cherished charity in the Edmonton area that spreads holiday joy to families in need. Our team rolled up their sleeves and joined the mission, delivering toys to bring smiles to countless children. Together, we’re making the season brighter, one gift at a time!
One of the most important ways we give back to our local Edmonton community is through our Mikey On Board program. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Edmonton South has partnered with The Mikey Network, a non-profit dedicated to providing public access defibrillator in public places.
Every one of our moving trucks is equipped with a MIKEY defibrillator and all our drivers are trained in their use.
With this program, our community can rest assured that when they see a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Edmonton South moving truck, that help is close at hand in the event of a cardiac arrest event.
Your professional Edmonton movers are not only in the business of moving customers - we are in the business of saving lifes.

Every year the Can Man Dan foundation supplies thousands of low-income children and their families with school supplies- backpacks, food hampers, haircuts, and much, much more! It is Alberta's single biggest back-to-school event, and they want to ensure that they can get everything to the people who need it most. That's where TWO MEN AND A TRUCK comes in. We donate our time and trucks to pick up items and deliver them where they need to go. We love giving back to the Edmonton community and helping Can Man Dan with his amazing events is one of the ways we do that.
TWO MEN A AND A TRUCK ® provides support to newcomers in Edmonton. We understand the challenges faced when settling into a new community, which is why we offer help and support in providing employment opportunities. We work in partnership with Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers (EMCN), to create a smooth transition process for those relocating to Edmonton from abroad.
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Edmonton South, we give back to our community. We live by our core values every day and on every Move, and one of the ways we do this is by supporting our local Foodbank. We appreciate the Edmonton’s Foodbank(opens in a new window) efforts to alleviate hunger in our communities, and we support this Cause by donating our trucks and manpower as required.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Edmonton South is a proud supporter of the Habitat for Humanity Edmonton(opens in a new window). The Habitat for Humanity Edmonton strives to provide home ownership to families in need in Edmonton and across northern Alberta, helping families all across northern Alberta. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Edmonton shares the same values in giving back to our communities, and supports the Habitats ReStore’s section by providing pick-up services to donors of large items from private and corporate donations.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Edmonton South participated in the NE Edmonton Youth Connections Fair. This was held at the Clareview Rec Centre on March 27th, and it was a huge success! At the job fair, we met with numerous Edmonton youths interested in exploring the various job opportunities available to them in our vibrant Edmonton communities. As always, at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, we continue to support our communities in more ways than one, as we look forward to building stronger communities in the Edmonton region.
Working in partnership with the Can Man Dan, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® donated a 26’ moving truck for 4 days to help collect a truck-full of toy donations for families and kids in Edmonton. Hot or cold, rain or snow, you can always count on TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, The Movers Who Care®.
The EmployAbilities Learn 2 Earn program is another way we give back to our community at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, providing employment placements to graduates from the Learn 2 Earn program.
