I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of our moving team. They expertly packed and moved all of my mother's possessions and there was no damage to anything. They even provided me with recommendations on improving the safety of some of the furniture items. I was impressed that a supervisor visited to see how the move was progressing. We had an outstanding experience with the moving team that handled my elderly father’s move to a retirement home. Professional, kind, and cautious.

I had the worst experience. They were suppose to arrive at 2:30 pm as they knew my apartment elevator was only booked from 3-5pm. They called and said their truck was going through an inspection. They only ended up showing up at 4:30pm which means they only had 30 min. They had my keys and I had to buy a blowup bed to sleep in as they didn’t show up that night. One guy was old and moved very slow.
