I was very pleased with the promptness and the help that was provided from the office in arranging the move of my property in a very timely manner to my new location. The movers were excellent in packing my books and moving all my furniture. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone looking for this type of service.

Promise and Pelumi had excellent communication with breaking down the process of my move, and what to expect for total time and cost!

Estimator did not provide enough details or sufficient time to my moving team to complete the required task.

Movers did not arrive prepared to conduct a pack and move.

Mover team were not motivated to complete move efficiently and timely, myself and my spouse had to move a significant amount of the load ourselves.

Materials not offloaded into areas of the house desired.

We went over time.

Exceptional service and hard working team. Only concern was for our neighbour across the street that had two large tire gouges on his beautiful manicured lawn.

The movers were incredibly helpful, careful and friendly throughout the service!!!!

Polite and efficient team

The movers were very nice but….Most items were being moved but a few were to be donated. One item to be donated dropped breaking the glass door so that item turned into an item for the dump. When the movers arrived at the new place one decided to carry a chest by himself into the basement. He fell breaking the chest and the overhead light. The office sympathized but didn’t offer to pay damages

Manager drove to house after drivers were asked to wrap mattress with plastic bag.
Manager came with bag. It made me feel like they cared. The 2 men worked to ensure my walls were not damaged. They also respected my concerns and listened to me when I was changing my mind on things. Work was done while the quoted time.

This move was a much better experience than the previous one in 2021. The two guys moved quickly, efficiently, and were professional and polite. Although a tv was damaged, overall our experiences was great.

Those two movers from Two Men And A Truck were awesome! They were great at communicating and they packed everything so nicely into the truck, then brought it all down to my place and set it up for me so I could deal with my boxes.
