Overall the service was great, guys were quick and careful (broke part of desk - guy didn't realize desk was take apart when he lifted one end and the other fell to the ground and broke.)

Did not like having to pay 45 minutes travel time each way. A 3 hour move turned into a 5 hour move.
Was surprised by the final total.

The guys were pleasant and polite and mostly knew what they were doing.
Not the strongest movers I’ve used but they struggled thru.

Would likely try another company if I ever move again which I hope not to.

The movers and office reception were very nice people to work with. However, it did suck that the movers were two hours late. It delayed my schedule and kept us up late unpacking. I know it is not their fault that two others call in sick. However, the company should have a back up plan for this. Especially when they told me they would be on time.

You did a great job. I was quire impressed by the movers who were attentive to our needs on where to put things. They did not waste any time either. Very appreciative. Thank you.

The two young men were so good at their job..polite and did a great job.

The entire process was very easy. The movers worked quickly and efficiently. They even helped remove the ice from the sidewalk. The total cost was less than the estimate.

The whole experience was awful. Inexperienced movers unable to get a couch out of the apartment. Trying to charge me extra because of the inexperience. Not showing up for a second move (I took time off work).
