Martin and Will made an often stressful event very easy! Really enjoyed their expertise and super work ethic!!

My only complaint is that they were over an hour late to start and they didn’t take pictures on how to put something back together

Fantastic experience. I needed someone short notice on a long weekend and the company worked around what I needed even while I am 3 provinces away. Would recommend to anyone needing a moving company.

The movers were suppose to start at 9:00am- they did not show up until after 10:00am. There was 3 of them and 1 person moved 1 piece of furniture at a time while 1 was in the truck and the other I am not sure. The night before, 2 of us moved everything in one section, to make it easier and quicker, but they didn't seem to take time into consideration, as they got an hour rate- so why not take longer?
The office staff was great at accommodating on shorter notice, but the actual movers were not. I'm very disappointed with my experience.

Nick and Will were excellent movers. They were very steady hard workers despite the very hot weather. They were very careful with all furniture and large items. They alerted us that the job may go over expected time and provided option such as last boxes could be left in garage instead of taking into house. Both Nick and Will were great to work with. I would definitely request them for any future moves and recommend to friends and family. Great job Thanks

We were however very disappointed to have to wait almost 5 hours for the truck to arrive…. We were booked for 9:00 a.m and they didn’t arrive until 2:30…we also understand it was not your employee’s fault…it was explained to us by the office staff why it was so late but still was very disappointing.

The movers took apart my furniture and then had no idea how to put it back together. They also broke my futon bed frame completely.

The movers were 2.5 hours late, the office team seemed to have no idea where they were during this time. Once they did arrive they worked for 30 minutes and then took a 30 minute break. They seemed to have no idea how to lift and move furniture properly and needed a lot of guidance and help. My husband ended up having to do a lot of work and hurt his back, which is what we were trying to avoid by hiring movers. Due to the teams lack of knowledge and experience it took a lot longer than it should have considering we had already moved most of our belongings and all that was left to move was the furniture. I thought we were hiring professional movers, not 2 kids with a truck. I will be actively telling people not to hire Two Men and a Truck.

When making the booking with Two Men & A Truck I made it clear to the office contact that we needed the moving team to arrive and start packing by 8:30 a.m. and then be completed at the other end by 11:00 a.m. Upon booking I was assured this would be doable. Unfortunately the moving team was 1 HOUR LATE in arriving and did not start the packing until just past 9:30 a.m. This forced us to move the start of our unloading until 1:00 p.m. which put our entire day behind schedule as a result. Had the movers arrived as scheduled we would have easily met the 11:00 a.m. deadline and while this was not the end of the world, it was an inconvenience especially considering we were the first customer of the day for that truck.
