We were disappointed that there were not “ 2 men “ in the truck. Time could have been saved. Because the mover worked very hard we gave the excellent review.

They were fast, efficient and polite. Couldn't ask for more than that!

First off, Nick and Haven were very good and very friendly. My problem was with my initial call to book the movers. I specifically said that I needed everything to be packed. Everything! I was asked how many boxes that I would need and I said about 15. I even asked about packing paper. In my quote I was given the price list of boxes and paper. When the boys showed up they said they new nothing about having to pack everything and told me they only had a few boxes in the truck. This of course made the move much harder for the boys. They did the best they could with what they had. So why wasn’t it put on the work order that I requested packers and all the supplies??

Used your services before and it was great. Movers were very efficient and professional. Happy people in their job. Considerate. I have recommended to other people. Would use company again.

My experience with TWO MEN and a TRUCK was great, far beyond expectations.
Moving can be a very stressful time but the two young men who came to move my items were fantastic and very much reduced my stress level.
They were efficient, on time, knowledgeable , polite, friendly, neat in appearance and had a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The lady in the office was also very helpful in helping me plan my move.
I was left with a very positive feeling, confident that I had hired the right company for the job.
I would (and will) strongly recommend TWO MEN and a TRUCK to anyone undertaking the onerous task of moving because they will receive top of the line service at a very reasonable rate.

Nick and Tim arrived a half hour early, they were fast and very friendly! The customer service over the phone was excellent!! They understood I was on a budget and what they quoted me was exact. Very professional and moving was stress free!

The movers did a great job. Worked hard for 3 hours straight in extreme heat. However, I had scheduled my appointment for 5pm as I had to work. I received a phone call the morning of my move and was asked if I would be willing to change my move to 3pm. I agreed to this. So I left work early to meet the movers for 3pm. 4pm rolls around and no one has come- not even a phone call. So I called the office. They told me "oh, those boys. I will call them and see whats going on and I will give you a call back." I received a call back saying they were on route at about 4:20pm. They did not show up until 5:37pm and the movers had no idea that the office changed my move. I left work early to accommodate them. Very poor logistics.

June 3
Your movers disconnected my screen door closer device for the move. When they attempted to re install it. A pin broke. And the closure device was broken. This is a 24 dollar fix, by just buying a replacement from Canadian tire.
I called the office immediately, spoke with “ms Rodriguez “ explained the situation. I was informed she would call the manager, when he returned to the office.
24 hours later no response, so I emailed the office, requested a response by wed June 5
Wednesday after noon. No response. I called again an spoke again to “ ms Rodriguez”. Was informed again the manager is not in the office. “THIS CALL WAS RECORDED”
IT IS VERY APPARENT TO ME. MY COMPLAINT WILL GO UN INVESTIGATED. UNADDRESSED . I just want $24.00 to replace closure device.
