I called Two Men & A Truck after reading the reviews online about the company.
Let me tell you, I was not disappointed in the least. Belinda at the office was the sweetest woman, she understood my needs.
She explained how the process would work, she sent me a quote quickly and professionally.
I book with them immediately, and how Belinda treated me was a huge reason why.

The 2 gentlemen that arrived to do the moving, where kind, professional and accommodating, not to mention funny.
They moved quickly and methodically to get the items moved in to the truck, once loaded we made our way to the storage unit I rented, and they quickly unloaded all of my items.

I would highly recommend this Two Men & A Truck to everyone. And I will be using them again in the future.

All I can say is "WOW"!!! I had never used a mover before and I can't believe how lucky I was to have Corey, Dylan and Mike moving my Mom's items. It is hard enough to move a family members personal items when they pass but the care and kindness that these 3 showed me was amazing. They were extremely careful with Mom's china and that was a huge worry for me. They were worth every penny spent.....which was surprisingly reasonable. If the rest of your staff is like those 3, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Just wanted to say that your office staff Belinda was also excellent! She was great to deal with and put my mind at ease when making the decision to hire movers at all. As a company, you should be very proud of these 4. Thanks...

I played phone tag with one office person for nearly two weeks. They no-showed on two separate in-home quotes. Finally reached someone else who was marvellous and very helpful. The moving dudes were lovely, quick, and as careful as they could be. I was surprised by the extra hour of time charged for driving to/from. I don't think it's unreasonable, but it was a surprise and the bill ended up being a little more than I had expected.

One of the two movers was sick and left most of the work to his coworker, this made the process kind of slower ($), but the other worked very hard to try to even it out, however they also asked for our help with assembling and disassembling the bed which I wasn’t expecting to be a part of. They were both nice, but sort of made me uncomfortable with some of their jokes. In the end they charged me for boxes I didn’t receive, I was so tired I never noticed, but the error was discovered within the week by the office who were very friendly and apologetic and issued a refund right away. I’ve leaned a lot from my first experience moving and know what I would do differently next time (I would use their packing service), I would use this company again.

The guys showed up on time and worked steady to load. The estimate was close to what we actually paid. Suggestions: cover the entry door to home with padded blankets, there were dents and scrapes left behind on the metal door from large furn. Supply trucks with more padded blankets, there wasnt enough to cover all our furn adequately. Train employees on how to use moving aids properly. Straps and tie downs were not utilized when they should have been and lift straps could have been used to make some large lifts easier on the employees. Overall it was a good move and Hassan, Seyi and Matt did a good job.
