The office staff were great efficient and courteous.
Kudos to the three movers that came. They were truly helpful, great attitude, helpful and efficient. Great young workers.

Made the move much easier. Staff was very pleasant and extremely hard working.

Caused an estimated $1800 damage to the hardwood floor, damage to a coffee table, forgot two items.

We were so pleased with the move that when we move again (within the next month) we will definiately use the company again. Infact we would very much like to get the same group of movers again.

I had a piano to be moved - you are one of the few companies that will move them. They arrived at time expected, with necessary equipment, and all went well.

Overall the move was done smoothly and the three gentlemen that came were all very friendly. During the process they did damage both my desk and a bookshelf, but I was able to put them back together with some adjustments and brackets. The one thing that concerns me was the price of the move and from that alone I simply cannot recommend or say that I will be using your service again because I cannot justify spending that kind of money. The extension to the estimate was put as "long walk from first apartment" which was literally just a hallway and the elevator leads out right to their truck so I'm not sure where that came from, but I did notice one of the movers was almost completely absent from the second half of the pack-up and I felt he could have done more to help the other two.

This latest move was, again, first rate. John and Brendan did a great job and at a very reasonable cost. They were careful, accommodating and very professional. I will recommend your firm to all my friends and acquaintances.

I was supposed to move one day, the team showed up and it was clear my house was not ready, they saw my concern and rather than unload me in the garage they called the office and made the switch to the next day not charging me for the day they showed up. When they arrived the next day they did not have runners but the office staff even attend my house ( on a Saturday) bringing another dolly and tried to resolve the runner issue. Other than not having runners they were very careful, worked, very hard and was very friendly and respectful of my home and property.

I had Ben and Luke. They were awesome and very accommodating. We were moving into an apartment from a house and another truck was there moving in as well. The guys were able to change plans and accommodate the confusion and I was very impressed by both of them. Movers have a very difficult, and sometimes thankless job, and they were both amazing. Thanks so much!
