The job I hire d 2 Men and a Truck for was a very small one. I needed a piece of exercise equipment delivered from a UPS depot, 10 minutes from my home, to my home. The drivers arrived at the UPS Depot right on time and picked up the package and went straight to my house. It all went like clockwork. It was a bit expensive for one package, however, I understand a moving company has to charge a more expensive rate. Customer service was excellent. My only complaint was that I did not receive an estimate ahead of the move. I believe that was a communication error.

I am very pleased with my experience with your company. I found the service was professionally run and I was happy with the cost of my move and the attitude of the movers themselves. The only thing that could have been improved is that the start time was delayed by 70 minutes. I didn't find out until 5 minutes before the original start time. Luckily, this did not adversely affect me as I wasn't under a time constraint. Since mine was a mid-day move, I imagine that this situation occurs frequently. It probably would be a good idea to warn future customers of this possibility. The movers told me that my mid-day move had a minimum time of 2.5 hours (instead of 3 hours). I also didn't know about this and was pleased about it. This is something else to tell future customers. Thanks!

Supplies - I supplied my personal dolly (to move boxes), my drill (which helped for having to disassemble bed frames), my allan key handle set, my knife .. these were pretty basic things, and they said they tried to get a 2nd dolly, but weren't able to, so they said it was a huge timesaver.

I know the guys had a toolbox, but that was a pretty basic tool box and they should be given some better tools/equipment.

2. Mats/Runners - in our house, it was raining a bit, so they were going all through the house with wet feet and boots. They said their runners/mats for in the house were stolen. So we put down our own towels and sheets to get the wet footwear. Why not get runners or mats?

The two gentlemen were courteous and very hard workers. We were fortunate to get this quality of movers, especially with short notice. It made a time of transition much more pleasant. Thank you to the whole team.

The guys were amazing and super friendly, I'd absolutely have them back. I had one large piece of furniture with damage which was disappointing but I understand that we did sign a waver indicating our personal property was fine which is our fault for not looking it over sooner.

The three gentlemen that came to my home were very professional and courteous as well being very knowledgeable about the company they work for .Iwill be asking for the same 3 gentlemen when my furniture is delivered to my new place .

From the time the men arrived till they left the home were both friendly --helpful -very pleasant men --very happy with this delivery --the bed was very heavy that is one reason why we decided to have it picked up and delivered to our home .we did not know much about this electric bed but Brady knew all about it -he offered to hook up the electric part of it and showed us how to put the rest of the bed together we were very thankful for his help --- after this delivery was finished we offered the men each a cold bottle of Gatorade to drink after their heavy lifting they were very appreciative and thanked us .they were so helpful and nice offered a 40.00 tip and thanked them again - JOAN

Movers were courteous and friendly and worked diligently to meet some tight deadlines.

They came and packed up my house very efficiently. I also had them drop off a dining set on their way to storage facility. When they returned to our new house with everything, it wasn’t completely ready. But they were very accommodating in getting things into the rooms that were ready and the rest into the garage.

We were pleased with the level of service provided by Two Men and a Truck. The movers worked tirelessly and were very careful with our possessions. They worked long hours and never complained. The amount of time estimated for the packing and move were underestimated, however the moving team did not complain. They had a positive attitude and were most helpful. (Johnny, John, Aaron, Brandon, Paul and Luke were great) I hope that the company treats their employees well, as these young men gave their all for our move. Thank you! We would recommend this company to anyone facing a move.
