Having to move furniture out of a retirement home during Covid is stressful. The team arrived and had temp taken. Half way into the move, one mover declared that he did not feel well and needed to go home. Yikes!..old folks around sick people..recipe for disaster. Replacement arrived 30 minutes. Said we will get discount...no discount applied. It is more about the health risk exposure than $$

My wife and I are extremely please with the overall experience from the office staff and your field team. Those three men moving our items were amazing.

Our dealings with the office were very good. They were very helpful and always there for any questions or concerns we had. Our team of Cole, Devon and Lucas were great. They were very organized and took great care wrapping all our furniture to keep it safe. The move went well and when there was an issue with our elevator they worked through it with no problems.

Movers very professional. We appreciated that they took the time to introduce themselves and asked for our names so that we were on first name basis.

Movers made minimal mess in the houses. Moving out it was snowing and moving into our new house the next day it was muddy. So the floors were well protected.

Your service and the men you sent to do the job were excellent.

We were was absolutely floored at the professionalism, respect and speed that the 3 men displayed right from the minute they arrived to the time they spent explaining the bill to our satisfaction.
