I was so impressed with Simone I was on vacation and emailed for a quote. She called me for info and was polite, helpful, timely and very friendly and professional. When I purchased supplies for my move, she and others in office were knowledgeable, courteous and helped me put purchases into my vehicle. The three men who moved me were excellent in character, very patient, helpful and courteous. It was an excellent experience; almost like they were caring family members. There were a few minor nicks out of the walls, and a few scrapes on the furniture, but all in all a good job. My only complaint was the cost of of the travel time to and from Barrie. I originally searched a moving company in Muskoka, and was not thrilled to hear that they work out of Barrie. 1 1/4 hours from my home!

The moving crew arrived and were so pleasant and professional. They did an amazing job.
