We were advised by the office staff that our quote included moving boxes and three bedrooms of furniture and it would be adjusted if it took less time to move. We moved almost all the boxes ourselves and reduced to two bedrooms of furniture and still the time and cost was not reduced. Several damages to items were noticed after the movers left and some items were left at the old residence and not moved. There has been no followup call from the company since the move which to me shows they have no concern for customer satisfaction.

After a hiccup with the quote the office staff was able to correct it and on moving day, everything went very well. The crew were professional, courteous and extremely careful. I’d recommend and hire them again.

The moving team was happy, helpful and professional. They wrapped furniture well, used their time wisely and made sure we were happy with furniture placement in our new home before they left. We would be happy to refer them.

our moving team consisted of a young man, Alex, maybe in his 20's, and an older man, Dereck, maybe in his 40's.
Dereck directed he young man throughout the move. this team took way too long to move the minimal items we needed moved, especially considering that we had moved all items to the main floor, with the exception of a tall boy, a headboard and a mattress, because we were on a tight timeline.
They took a break, at Dereck's instruction, about 2 hrs into the move. I had to tell them that we needed to get going...
All items were off the truck at 1249pm. Dereck went into the truck and came out nearly 20 minutes later with the invoice showing that we were being billed for the full 5hrs that had been estimated. It was/is clear that he intended to make sure that was going to happen!

The movers were very respectful and courteous, and definitely very hard workers.

The team of Andrew, Tristan, and Alex were fast, efficient, and friendly. They worked well together and seemed to enjoy their work even though it was a hot day. We really enjoyed their sense of humour. They were careful moving our furniture both out of our old house and into the new one. They were constantly checking with us as to where and how we wanted things placed and even made suggestions if we were unsure. We would highly recommend Two (or three) Men and a Truck! Jim & Linda

The two movers were very courteous and took great care in protecting/ wrapping our treasured antique cabinet . All of the heavy furniture was handled with care and removed in a very professional manner from our home .

We were extremely happy with the service. We were treated with the upmost respect. Our furniture arrived with no damage whatsoever. I have already recommended 2 guys to several people including the real estate agent. The 3 guys we had were very professional. I hope their employer is proud of them

Your staff were well trained, extremely helpful, polite and overall well mannered boys. Although it was a hot day, they had tons of energy and worked hard, and were very positive and upbeat throughout the day. I never heard any swear words or angry words - overall I was very impressed.

The 2 young men who moved my things were very polite, friendly, and thorough. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone who is moving. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
