The moving team were prompt, careful, and polite. I was dismayed though, despite much praise at their capabilities, that they were unhappy with the tip we gave them, and told us as much. As someone else was paying for the service on our behalf, we could only give what we could. We did not anticipate this disproval. Gratitude would have been more acceptable.

The team arrived on time and worked quickly to load the truck. They had to get gas which took half an hour while I waited at the storage unit. Getting gas might be good to do before arriving. They were careful and all items arrived safe and sound.

The 3 men that moved me were excellent! I have moved many times throughout the years and this move was by far the best experience I have had with any move. The guys were polite and easy to talk to and took care of all my belongings. I can't thank them enough as I was making a 3 hour move and relocating due to a breakup. The office was also amazing and understanding of my situation. Thank you all!

Great process
Hard working crew! They got in and got out. Made the whole process very easy and painless

Our experience was generally good, the team were polite and helpful but seemed to be very slow unloading and didn't know where to go, even though the office had insisted they knew our destination well. This all led to our time (and bill) having to be extended by an hour. I feel the team were very new and a more experienced one would have saved us that extra hour.
