Great professional experience. Very impressed by the crew

Your movers were amazing. All 3 men worked hard, were very careful and got along with us very well. I would recommend them to friends and family that may have a move coming up.

Two Men in a Truck was actually 3 strong and polite young men. The driver had paper work signed immediately and they took a quick tour of the house contents.
The items were carefully wrapped and placed on the truck. Marlene’s cost estimate was spot on.
The men deserved a well earned tip and a bit of lunch.
All went well every step of the way. We would happily recommend this company.

There was some misunderstanding about the booking and I couldn't move on the day I had planned to, which was aggravating. The movers were 2 hours later than they said but once they arrived they worked quietly efficiently carefully and politely. It took half an hour longer than the estimated time. One of the movers had a body odor but he was very polite. I would use Two Men and a Truck again because the movers were hardworking and efficient. The overall organization of the move could be improved upon

I did not respond right away because I was wanted to take the edge off of my anger. Your office staff are really wonderful. The guys are friendly & very accommodating, however they did damage my filing cabinet. I have taken a photo of the shoe prints on top of my filing cabinet. My cabinet was bent down not allowing me to open the top drawer. I know they were disappointed with the long trek from the front door to the elevator & this did make their job a lot longer & much more difficult. They also damaged the wall in the stairwell trying to remove the fridge from the house. The wall (drywall) & paint was gouged and scrapped. That is why I rated this survey lower than I hoped. I was looking forward to working with you based on the experience I had your office staff.

I was so happy with the move, the staff were amazing, helpful and courteous.

The team of Jason, Anthony, Chris and Igor (JACI) was amazing. They were efficient, courteous, patient, helpful and just a hoot to deal with. They were polite and asked if their playlists were acceptable, (best music ever!). They walked us through the process Offering advise when to call the lawyer on the paperwork and make sure my interests were being met. They all just instantly fit into the family dynamic and worked so well as a team and with our own crew of helpers! Right now I’m set, but should I ever move again, I’ll be requesting the same guys!!! Thanks you four!!!

Fast, efficient yet careful with all of our personal property. All three are very nice and respectful.

The move went very smoothly, nothing lost, nothing damaged, the team was very friendly. 2nd time using Two Men and a Truck and I would do again!
