My ONLY complaint is that the estimate was low compared with the actual cost of the move. I liked the team. They did a great job and worked hard. Had others here in my new neighbourhood asking where I found theml

The moving team was excellent. They were early and were very careful with all our belongings. They explained everything thoroughly and were very pleasant to deal with. They made our move so easy. I would use them again and have already told many of my friends about the terrific service we received.

Men arrived promptly. Explained paperwork thoroughly and got to work. Wrapped furniture quickly and efficiently. Were in and out promptly and the job was complete. Wonderful, stress-less and comforting. Thank you Dan, Matt and Chris.

At the end of the move they started piling boxes in the wrong place bit it was a very hot day and they were tired.

Marlene was excellent at assessing our needs for the move. She assigned 2 trucks and 6 movers. In this way we were able to move everything in one trip. Our moving team of Keron, Jay, Jason, Chris, Chris, and Reid were fantastic!! They were friendly, professional and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Would definitely recommend 2 men and a truck to anyone. I would use this moving company again without hesitation.

The guys worked a VERY long day for us but continued to be courteous and friendly throughout the whole ordeal! Took great care of our furniture.

The only negative comment I have is that the job quote was for 6 hours but it took 9 hours to complete the job. If you had sent 3 guys instead of 2 to help with the move it would have been done around 6 hours. I should be refunded for the extra 3 hours charged.

I was very impressed with how fast the movers were. Job was done faster than the estimated hours. They were also very friendly and courteous. Would definitely use again if the need arises.

I can’t find anything negative to say about my experience. Right from the beginning, the sales person was informative and reassuring. The movers were phenomenal. They worked so hard right up the the end of the move without a complaint (11 hours). Super impressive

The movers were fantastic and the office staff very friendly and professional. We do have a huge issue with the estimating of our job. We had Chris come out to our home to provide an estimate. We understand 'estimate'; however, the actual cost of our move was nearly DOUBLE what we were quoted. We find this hard to believe that an estimator, someone who's job it is to estimate the cost, was this far off merely by accident. We will definitely be looking at different companies for our next move in a few months based on this factor alone.
