Great move overall. Very patient and friendly movers. Just a couple of pointers:
1. Please provide colored labels and instruct owners to stick it based on where they want the boxes to be moved. That way movers don’t have to ask each time where boxes have to go
2. TMAT used to lay out a walking carpet and wear shoes with covers before to avoid making marks. Did not find that this time

From the very first call with Bina, I was impressed. She was very personable and polite. Sadly, my mom passed away just prior to our move date. Bina could not have been more accomodating and understanding. Rescheduling was not a problem even though it was necessary a few times. The movers themselves were excellent! Smooth and seamless from start to finish.

I was unimpressed with one of the movers you sent. They did little work and made the other guy do most of it because he "worked 2 weeks straight". The work would have been done more efficiently had you sent someone else. They also lost a few of my charging cables. They're communication on where they were and when they were taking brakes was nonexistent. I had to keep calling to find them.
