The movers called to confirm the time they would arrive. They packaged the piano and the move to my home was excellent as there was no damage to the piano and they took the necessary precaution not to damage my tiles. Very courteous movers & I loved how they worked as a team. Very happy with your service and will definitely refer your company to friends and family.

I was disappointed that I couldn't get boxes or bins from your Upper Ottawa location I wasn't going to drive to Burlington, so spent a lot of time getting boxes, and in the end, ended up short

Paul and his team were extremely friendly and worked very hard. I would hire this company again

Paul was terrifically organized and fast in his work. A real joy to deal with a motivated and efficient employee

On time. Professional. BreAks could have been a bit shorter as I think I sti.l paid even though on breaks. Some damage to walls and furniture upon moving. I don’t think intentional. Just cause and effect. Over all good. Thank you

Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Am happy to recommend.

Movers were extremely courteous, well mannered and polite...they did everything that I asked and more. I have already recommended your company to two friends..my last move with another company was terrible and this move was absolutely fantastic. Kudos to your crew!!

The guys were great, move went smooth and fast. An item was left on truck by mistake and it was delivered to us in a couple of days....very satisfied with overall experience.

I had two fantastic movers who were energetic and hard working that I could not expect more from.
The third was organizing the truck but wasn’t able bodied like the other two

The movers themselves were exceptional. Excellent attitudes and work ethic. However, this was estimated as a 3 man job and was definitely a 3 man job as there was a 3 story walk-up at the end. Only 2 movers arrived. As a result the move took much longer than it should have and the movers in my opinion were placed in an extremely unsafe situation. Well before the move was complete, at midnight, the men were completely and obviously, physically and mentally exhausted. It was in fact at this point a dangerous situation. It was extremely fortunate that no mistakes or injuries occurred. Again, I have nothing but praise for the work of these two men. If not for what I see as the inexcusable situation they were put in, I would gladly have given your company an excellent rating.
