After four years of storing my family's property in your storage, the couch disappeared and is nowhere to be found. A couch. The largest item that was being stored. I am still waiting for a remedy and reimbursement for the missing couch that I paid storage for, for the last four years.

The guy was awesome. Girl was okay. She was directing the truck into the driveway and it was hitting a tree, I said “sorry the tree is getting hit” and then she told the guy to keep going (into the tree)
