I was happy with the service I had on the day of my move until I had unfortunate situation where I did not receive my keys until 5:30pm on day of my house closing. The movers were waiting around for over 3 hrs instead and I wish I was told earlier that I could have had you hold my stuff over night instead of paying for an additional 3 hrs of wasted time - it would have saved me $100's of dollars. Closing a house and buying a house same day is stressful enough let alone thinking about he moving bill climbing and climbing as we awaited the keys. I will reconsider using a moving company next time due to this unfortunate experience.

The team showed up time, took great care of my property and finished in a reasonable time.

You were very good at setting up the services in a clear way and there were no surprises. The three movers were excellent. They were friendly, up beat, on time and fun to be with all day.

As the move was across a parking lot to the building next door, the team leader decided not to use the truck but rather carry or use hand trucks
for the move. The estimate was for 8 hours, the team leader said it shouldn't take that long and he could have made the move using a van instead of a big truck. My range was also damaged and the Company replaced it with a newer, used stove. Unfortunately, the replacement was in worse general condition than the one it replaced. Racks were rusty, sand and a dried leaf were in the storage drawer. A very unsatisfactory move although I do believe the office staff did try to make the best of a bad situation.

It was refreshing to see not only the guys ability to problem solve but the ability to solve it together. They worked well together and resolved best ways with each piece. Nice to see them have ambition. Refreshing!

I was very pleased with Trish, she was very helpful and I was impressed with the confirmation call a couple days before the move. The pricing was very reasonable. My movers, Greg, Jordan and Marcus were awesome. They treated me with respect and took very good care of my belongings. I would definitely recommend Two Guys and a Truck to anyone moving. :) thank you guys :)

The service was terrific from the office down to the movers at a reasonable price. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to friends and family.

What can I say. The two lads were just excellent in every way.

We were REALLY pleased with the movers who helped us move from Kitchener to Elmira. Jackson, Jamal, Daniel and Nathan did an outstanding job, worked quickly and took excellent care of our belongings. They did not stall or waste time and completed the move under the estimate time. We are so pleased with the respect these young men showed us and their willingness to do whatever they could to make us happy. I would definitely use 2 men and a truck again in future moves and will recommend this company to family and friends!

Very efficient and polite service. The movers were friendly and understanding of our needs. My husband is disabled and uses a motorised wheelchair and the movers were patient and accommodating of his needs and concerns. We will recommend this company to others, especially for people with elderly or disabled family members.
