Arrived at start location right on time, and dealt with trip into Toronto traffic without any signs of the usual stress I have with driving in the GTA! Quite efficient and dealt with some challenges of elevator for delivery. Everything went smoothly. Will continue to use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for our moving needs!

The moving guys were great, the office staff was attentive.

We can't say enough good about our experience . The two young men arrived ready to move and boy did they move. The were extremely efficient, polite and took great care with our belongings. Their pleasant attitudes and down to business approach took all the stress out a possibly stressful day. We have highly recommended your company due to our experience. Two Men and a Truck are now our official movers.

Everything was awesome, expect for the TV boxes. I emailed, and talked to a person the day before my scheduled move, and still got two of the wrong TV boxes. The movers were able to Frankenstein the two boxes together so we could move one TV, but I had to the move the other one myself.

From initial contact to conclusion of our move we experienced nothing but courtesy, efficiency, politeness and accommodation from every employee we had dealings with. We've moved several times in our lifetime never having used a moving service previously. Many times we had heard horror stories from friends and co-workers about dealing with moving companies. Obviously they didn't use Two Men and a Truck. We will happily recommend this organization to anyone contemplating a move. Anna and Stella

1. Two men and a truck did a quote, all other companies just said, "we all use the same rate" so they never gave me a quote! bottom line not available!
2. They were on time and the did an overall assessment on the best way to get it done, Two men and a Truck had a plan. Very young intelligent, 1 man 1 woman.
3 Time management, making sure not to rush carelessly and they damaged nothing

All the guys worked really well together. Shaun was a strong leader with all his guys.

Very happy with courtesy, efficiency and organization of the moving team. Very responsive in relocating things which ended up in the wrong place when labels fell off or there were other items in the way. There is no visible damage to the flooring or walls in either house. I would defnitely use two men and a truck again. We are extremely happy with this move.

Very impressed with the office staff and the movers. We've used them twice and were happy both times.

The team were two+ hours late - an email was sent to advise us, but we didn’t have internet service (we did have a cell phone and could have been reached as the office had our number) so We missed our designated elevator time and had to make other arrangements and work around seniors at meal time and rush hour 401. The movers, nice, but VERY slow - carried boxes individually even though there were dollies in their truck. They didn’t park in the closest location even though space was available. They lost the wheels to the bed. The move took two+ hours longer than estimated AND we helped them all day moving things ourselves to the truck.They could have been much more efficient. We felt pressured to give them a tip and also to complete this survey favourably. Not what we expected!
