Mike, the manager stopped by and introduced himself, and also asked how his crew was performing. It was a difficult move at times, the three men found ways to manoeuvre.

The moving team took extra care with a cherished heirloom dining table that was my Mom's and made by my grandfather. I appreciated the extra care. Thankyou.

The team arrived on time, worked steadily, delivered in a timely manner, were courteous, helpful, not only to me, but also to each other. One of the movers was a wee bit cheerfuly-impatient, and I smile as I say this. In no way did this offend or affect his work negatively, but it can make the customer a wee bit nervous on what already can be a fairly nerve-wracking day for the client (because although the movers know only of the clients andquot;movingandquot; concerns, we can have a lot of other concerns silently running though our head. Having a calming team does help to lessen the anxiety of the client.) I was not anxious, so he may have rightly detected that and sensed it was ok to be cheerfully impatient. I took no offence at all. I hope he will accept a kind note on that thought. Well done!

As someone who worked for moving companies years ago, i know whats involved. But Eric and Paul exceeded my expectations! They were polite, professional, friendly and quick. Our move was done 1 hour before our deadline due to their efficiency.
