The guys showed up on time and were polite, considerate and efficient. The whole process was executed so well that we had almost all of our boxes unpacked a couple hours after the movers left.

Prior to my move staff were friendly in helping me get a quote and very detailed with where charges came from, and helped me save money. The moving staff showed up on time and finished 2 hours early. They were careful with my stuff, had a great sense of humour and were very friendly and helpful. All of my stuff arrived at my new home over 100 km away, with nothing damaged or misplaced. All boxes were brought to the right rooms and easy for me to unpack. Overall excellent service and experience.

Candice and Roger worked hard! They took excellent care of our belongings in a wet, winter day.

The movers left many things behind because apparently andquot;the truck was fullandquot; and they refused to bring another truck to pick up the rest. The following day, I called and left a message at the main phone number asking for a second truck. No one called or emailed back, therefore I had to organize a solution. We found boxes, a truck and a cargo van to move the rest of the items ourselves. They were disorganized delivering and had to take repeated instruction from my husband to move awkward furniture. Many boxes had extensive water damage. $500 worth of books were water damaged. When questioned, the reply was andquot;that's too badandquot;. When asked about compensation, the reply was andquot;we are not authorized for thatandquot;. I am very disappointed and will not ever recommend your company to anyone.

We were hugely inconvenienced as they could not fit everything in the truck. We had to use a neighbours garage to store stuff and then come back the next morning. Very frustrating

garage items were not packed. Had to call the truck back. Also, no one advised me to remove the gas from my snowblower and lawnmower.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable, made a stressful experience much more pleasant.

From the time we first went into the office until the truck was driving away from our new home we were treated by professional , friendly and caring individuals. We would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks very much to you all.
