I was overwhelmed with moving in general, but this went smoothly. The movers contacted me when they’d arrived in Peterborough so I could track the hours if I needed to. I felt good when it was all done..nothing broken. They took measure to ensure framed art work was held securely in place. They did a great job!

The only concern I have been quote estimated 6 hours for the move I was expecting to go over time maybe by 2 hours not so not six hours it would more if help did come it was his Manager. Either your staff should called the office for more help since they realized that they were not going to meet the estimated time not telling me this going to take approx. 10 to 12 hours to moved the staff want to sign the contract at this point can cancel because the house is sold and new owners will be moving in I paid prime time because it was end of the month I am widower and on tight budget. Chris and Nathan were super they did a excellent job could for better people.

Movers were great and very nice. A few small dings and scratches but nothing terrible. They forgot a number of items back at the old house but it wasn't the end of the world.

Team of 3 arrived on time. Backed in their large truck and introduced themselves in a professional manner. We did a walk through, explained the agreement to sign and then they started loading the truck. They where quick, they wrapped all glass furniture and took care in carry all my property. All arrived in new home safe. They placed furniture and boxes where requested. Great job.. This is a satisfied customer.

We used this company as it was used by other family members and I believe we used this company in the past as well. We were a little disappointed with the original price having been miss-quoted however, it was a new person that quoted us and we were given 3 men instead of 2. We were under-estimated and ended up paying more than what was re-quoted. This is office stuff and not the movers. Our movers were excellent and really hustled. They had great customer service qualities and were careful, timely and attentive. Overall, a great experience however, a little more attention needs to go into the pricing aspect. My opinion would be to do in-home estimates and give 'true' worst scenario pricing. At any rate, we were told that you do moves apartment to apartment and we may use you again.

They ran out of boxes for packing and didn’t have any bubble wrap for delicate items. They said not sure what to do about this. In the end they did get boxes and wrap, but expected me to solve the problem. They were rushing and ended up forgetting to pack a group of items. I appreciate that they aren’t standing around, however, to rush and miss things doesn’t help. I am willing to pay a bit more for a job well done.

Your moving team did an awesome job: they were on time, neat, clean, efficient, and our move was accomplished in no time. They also left the new apartment with the furniture and bed in the correct location and ready for use. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.
