I thought the furniture was over wrapped for a very short move. The tape used on our stainless steel fridge left marks that are very hard to remove, I never did hear what the $100.00 valuation charge was for. The mover didn't know.

Excellent to hear they were the best movers you have ever used! It is our policy to wrap furniture for protection, and valuation is an industry term for coverage of your items.

Both guys were excellent to work with for our move. They were so efficient but careful with our items. They were finished with our move almost 2 hours earlier than expected. Very nice and hardworking guys.

Mike and Steven were great work with! They showed up early, were very friendly, professional and courteous of my neighbors given how close the homes were on my old street. They were both careful with the packing and marked things well so I could find them again. I want Mike and Steve on my next move. I should also mention Des was great and easy to work with too!

Mike and Steven sound like they brought the full package to moving day: early arrival, professionalism, attention to detail, and consideration for the neighbours, too. Those little things matter, especially in tighter neighbourhoods where space can get tricky fast. We’re also glad the packing and labelling helped make unpacking easier on the other side of the move. And we’ll absolutely pass the shout-out along to Des as well. Sounds like you had a fantastic team all around

I was very pleased with the care that was taken in wrapping and transporting our furniture and other valuables. The guys did a very good job caring for our belongings just as we care for them ourselves. Kudos to the team!
