Right from our initial contact and questions, Allison was so helpful, straight forward and engaged in answering all our questions. Though we were not looking forward to moving day, it ended up being great. Chuck and John were punctual, professional, careful. They both had great attitudes, we felt we were in good hands. The move effortless for us. Our furniture etc. was well wrapped, care was taken to place it where we wanted it and even moved if we had a second thought. No damage, very good price, no stress. Wow,

The three men were polite listened to my moving needs and completed the job with a smile even though there were lots of stairs ,it was humid,and they had to move a piano. I would recommend them to my friends . Thank you

Right from the first phone call, everything about the moving experience was great. The office staff were helpful and friendly, and the moving staff were amazingly fast, efficient and professional. I had the team of Mike, Jess and Jonathan. They arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and kept me up to date at every point in time with what they were doing. Had some furniture that was quite difficult to disassemble but that didn’t affect their attitude. Overall, they made moving day very stress free and pleasant.

The movers were great. They were polit and knew what they were doing. They made moving easy.

Only a couple of damaged items and I haven't heard from anyone regarding them. As long as these mistakes are fixed up without a fight I will always recommend this company and I will then be completely satisfied.

I knew I was in good hands the moment I spoke with Alison in the office! Extremely professional and she has excellent client rapport. The team who arrived on the day were both fast & efficient! Overall made for a very drama-free move! Great service & as they were so fast it was even cheaper than the initial quote! Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend the London team.

the team was efficient, hardworking and treated my things with care.
The only thing that I noticed the day after the moce was that my travel wheelchair was left behind for some reason. i didnt notice it on the day of the move as it was s busy time. therefore i had to go back twice to get odds and ends and do a wipe down then today going back to load again today to get my wheels. an extra trip that was unnecessary
