From start to finish, Two Men & a Truck provided amazing service for a very difficult move from an emotional perspective. Everyone was professional and compassionate. Can’t thank them enough.

Movers were exceptional. Very professional, caring and accommodating. Experience was fantastic right up to paying the bill. Last email sent to me was at one price, but was charged more, because the office made a mistake and forgot to change the price on a generic form they had. They did send a higher price at an earlier date, but the latest was lower. Very upset, that they did not take any responsibility for this, and I paid a higher rate than expected. Will never use this company again, will never recommend this company, and will let everyone know of my experience. My only hope is the actual movers, find a company we’re they can thrive in. They deserve the business. All others do not

Jennifer in the office was great; very helpful, kind and curtious. The four movers were also very helpful, thoughtful and kind when moving the items out of our old home and into our new home. Furniture was placed exactly where we asked them to put it and were very tidy when coming in and out of the house. Thanks again for helping our family move into our new home.

The movers worked very quickly & efficiently. Overall the move went very good. Helped set up beds which was a great help. Very 0leased with their service.

Simply put, Two Men and a Truck did not meet my expectations.

- Move took almost 2 hours over what was expected - a previous move with LESS STUFF took 2 movers 5.5 hours.
- 25% of my boxes were moved prior to the full move date - it should not have taken that long
- Poorly organized. Rooms not completely emptied making clean up difficult.
- Not all contents fit on the truck. I had to go back for 4 loads (in a Minivan)
- Equipment left behind - blankets & straps.
- Some damage to contents - a monitor didn't work after the move, scratches on an end table, a new dining room table had damage to it as well
- Had to fill garage at new house to expedite finish. Boxes didn't go to rooms.
- Local Manager was dismissive of my concerns.

I would not use/recommend this company again.

I could not have asked for a more smoother move! The office staff were helpful and friendly from beginning to end. The movers, Mike and Jesse were friendly, fast and very hospitable. Thank you to everyone that helped make my moving day go so well! :)

The movers were amazing. They were polite, respectful, they took great care with our property. I cannot believe how fast and efficient they were. They acted in a professional manner and overall I can not say one negative thing. I would and already have highly recommended this company. Thank you Two Men and a Truck .

The movers were on time, worked extremely quickly and efficiently. They were very polite, willing to assist in any way they could. We thought it would take at least 6 hours to complete the move and they did it in 4 hours. The office staff were very friendly when we called to set up service, as well as during the confirmation phone call. I liked the online booking that allowed me to input the furniture we had to move as it gave me time to think while filling it out, rather than trying to list it by memory on the phone.

I found John (team lead) Davida & Brandon displayed professionalism in their duties. They were prompt in their arrival and were very courteous and respectful of my belongings. John was proactive in ensuring his crew fulfilled their duties in a quick, safe and risk adverse manner. The team was very pleasant, personable and made a hectic and very hot day much less stressful...Thanks for a great job guys; would definitely refer to friends/family...Barb
