I explained if boxes were not marked as to which room they were to be taken to then they could put in garage. However some boxes were in the garage or wrong room and I had to move afterwards. A few scratches snd dings in my wooden furniture. They did an amazing job trying to move sofa bed into basement which in the end did not fit. They were very courteous and worked as quickly as they could. Overall I would recommend your company.

Our movers were amazing. With the humidity, the temperatures were 38 degrees. The guys never stopped! They were quick, efficient and courteous. Not a minute was wasted. I would hire them back! Thanks for making our move so easy.

They made a toonie sized hole in the wall beside going into a bedroom. It looks like a table leg that they were holding sideways and missed the door width. No one mentioned the damage at all to us. I know it was them as I just finished with the incoming inspection with the building manager and it wasn't there. We weren't too pleased with this as now we need to get it repaired.

I was quite happy with the service. My my small mirror broke on my dresser. They called the office right away to have it fixed. They took it with them. I’ll be waiting to get it back. They found a keepsake gold hoop somewhere and left it on a dresser in the storage room, I thought I had lost it 5 months ago. So it was great first that they left it for me and second that I found it.

They where very polite and seemed to enjoy their profession. They had a new person that they where training, and they where giving helpful suggestions on how to do things.

Our moving team was excellent. They arrived on time, were very careful with our furniture, disassembled and re-assembled everything very expertly, were polite and friendly and respected our timelines. I am happy to recommend them personally, as well as the company.
